Our team of community Carers deliver hourly care during the day and evening, overnight care and 24/7 care. We love flexibility but if you have limited availability that’s often welcome too. We want all our Carers to enjoy working for us and feel valued and respected. Our team is our most valuable asset and we demonstrate that with competitive salaries, ad-hoc bonuses and recognition such as our ‘Carer of the Month’ or ‘Care Champion’ awards.
To respect your time we work hard to schedule compact runs by considering location when accepting new clients and constantly reviewing the schedule. And if you are asked to drive further between visits e.g. when helping with holiday or sickness cover, you can do so knowing you are being properly compensated for petrol and other car costs with the highest tax-free mileage rate allowed.
Equally we respect and value your opinion. We’ll always make sure that we ask you whether you can cover any extra calls required and we actively seek your opinion on how we’re doing as a business and what we can do to improve through regular staff surveys and catch-ups.

We pride ourselves on offering all the practical and emotional support you need to do the job well, from the temporary loan of a pool car if yours breaks down to staff loans and always being available for help and advice. Our management team is fully accessible – both during office hours for non-urgent issues and 24/7 for care support. Whether it’s to review your schedule, make suggestions or seek advice about a client, we’re here for you.
Our generous 60p/mile tax and Social Security free petrol allowance is the maximum allowable without deductions and one of, if not the highest on the island. And our scheduling system calculates the mileage for you so you don’t have to!

If you’re new to the industry, we’ll train you from scratch, ensuring you have a thorough induction period and more than enough initial ‘shadowing’ so that you are fully prepared to work solo.
If you’re building on previous experience, we’ll support you in gaining or increasing your NVQ level. We know that, with a career in Care, the sky’s the limit and we want you to see that too!
