We want all our Carers, including those who don’t live in Jersey, to enjoy working for us, and we’ll do everything we can to make that happen. You’re far more than a name on a page for us, we’ll always respect you and recognise your contribution to the company.
What makes CI Home Care different is that we look after your wellbeing by working on shorter rotations, typically 2 to 3 weeks. We know this is healthier for our Carers but also benefits our clients.
Every Live-In Carer also gets a daily 2-hour break, so they can get out in the car provided and enjoy Jersey’s wonderful walks, shops, beaches and cafes. Everything is within close proximity and our door is always open if you need advice or information, so you’ll always feel supported.

We’re proud to offer competitive Live-In Care rates, and we’ll also pay for your travel from your closest airport or port – we can even book it for you if you like!
We know that our Live-In Carers enjoy making the most of exploring our beautiful island, so we’ll provide you with a car to use on your breaks. Flexible rotations mean you can work more or less frequently, as you prefer and dependent on the client’s needs.
And perhaps most importantly we are on hand if you need support. No waiting for call-backs from off-island managers. With us you can call or pop in at any time or one of our managers can visit you and your client to address any concerns.
