It’s always nice to put a face to a name so here are a few of the key people who might answer your call….

Nicola Heath

Care Manager and Director

With nearly 25 years’ experience in care Nik is our very dedicated Care Manager and a Director of the company. Nik came to Jersey in 2013, has a love for all things with four feet and spends her spare time walking her dogs. Nik also enjoys foreign holidays and assures us she does switch off with a good book when on holiday, although some of her colleagues would like to see this to believe it!

Emma Bree

Deputy Care Manager

Adding 12 years care experience to the management team, Emma has worked her way up from being a community Carer to Deputy Manager and has also completed her NVQ5 in care management. Emma runs our hourly care team in addition to supporting Nik and Carole on the Live-in side of the business. In her spare time she loves boxing to keep fit, walking her rescue dog and is a talented cake baker and decorator.

Nicola Heath

Care Manager and Director

Superb at keeping the accounts in order, Nicole is the person to call if you have any invoicing queries or comments. Nicole manages all the company’s day to day finances and assists with all things office related. Working Monday to Wednesday, she certainly keeps things organised and up to date. The rest of her time is spent being an excellent Mum to her young son and running her own business from home.

Carole Tilley

Senior Carer and Live-in Supervisor

An ex Police-woman who’s lived in England and France, Carole joined CI Home Care as a Live-in Carer. After 3 years Live-in experience Carole decided she loved care and Jersey so much that she moved here, and is just about to complete her NVQ5. Now boasting almost as much hourly care experience as Live-in, Carole is our Live-in Supervisor. In her spare time she loves reading forensic crime novels, and spending time with friends and family in France.

Dawn Robinson

Senior Carer and Scheduling Supervisor

Approaching her 10 year anniversary of working in care, Dawn started as a Live-in Carer but loves Jersey and the company so much that she is now a Senior Carer and runs our hourly care schedule. Dawn is a mother to three girls and grandmother to three girls. Dawn shares her home in Jersey with one of her daughters, who also works for C I Home Care.
